These General Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the website and online store levi.gr.

levi.gr is the "Website" and "Online Store" for the display and sale of products (footwear and accessories) via the Internet, operated and maintained by the Greek private company "THE DENIM CO. SINGLE-MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY" headquartered in Alimos, Attica (77 Poseidonos Avenue, 17455), Greece (VAT: 801003710 / Tax Office: Glyfada / G.E.M.I. No: 146746501000) (hereinafter referred to as “DENIM,” or the “Seller,” or the “Company”).

Any individual visiting the site pages or using the services is herein referred to, for brevity, as the “User/Consumer.”

These General Terms of Use of the website and the purchase of products/services from the online store (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”) set out the conditions for browsing the levi.gr Website, using the Website and Online Store, and govern the sales contract concluded between the User/Consumer and DENIM for the purchase of products from the online store. Access to this website, its use, and any purchase of products from levi.gr are based on the assumption that the Terms of Use have been read, understood, and accepted by the User/Consumer. Any action by the User/Consumer on the online store, including but not limited to browsing the site, subscribing to the Company’s newsletter, or purchasing products, constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Users/Consumers are therefore invited, prior to accessing levi.gr, to review the Terms of Use and ensure that they agree with them. If you disagree with any of these Terms of Use, you must not engage in any action on the Website or Online Store, including browsing.

DENIM reserves the right, at its sole discretion and/or when required by law, to modify or update these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, potentially without prior notice to the User/Consumer, but always within the bounds of good commercial practice and applicable law. Any modification or update to the Terms of Use will be published on the Home Page of levi.gr and shall be binding immediately upon publication in this section of the website. Changes to the Terms of Use do not affect orders already placed before the effective date of such modifications. Continued use of levi.gr after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

Use of the Website and any transaction on the Online Store is at the sole risk of the User/Consumer. If you do not agree with the DENIM Terms of Use in whole or in part, please do not use the website.

DENIM has adopted a business policy aimed at selling products through its services and the levi.gr Website only to “Users/Consumers.” A “User/Consumer” is any natural person visiting and using levi.gr for purposes other than commercial, business, or professional activity.

Accordingly, levi.gr offers products and services intended exclusively for end-users/consumers. Commercial resale of products is not permitted. DENIM reserves all rights, including explicitly the right to refuse purchases that appear intended for further commercial promotion.

If you are not a Consumer, please do not use our services to purchase products on levi.gr.

Access and use of levi.gr, including viewing pages, communicating with the Company, downloading product information, and making purchases, are conducted solely for personal purposes unrelated to any commercial, business, or professional activity.

The User/Consumer is solely responsible for lawful use of the Website and Online Store and must refrain from any illegal, abusive, or unfair competition practices. Membership is allowed only for individuals or legal entities with full legal capacity. Minors under 15 years are excluded from membership.

DENIM is not responsible for the User’s/Consumer’s use of levi.gr or its content contrary to laws and regulations, except in cases of intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence. Users/Consumers are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of information, data, and materials provided on levi.gr, as well as any unlawful use thereof. 

Users/Consumers must compensate DENIM or its partners for any damage arising from unauthorized use of their account. They are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting products and services, and DENIM bears no responsibility for selection accuracy or potential incompatibilities.

The manufacturer of each product you purchase is liable for any damage resulting from a defect in its product. Any agreement that limits or excludes the manufacturer’s liability shall be null and void. In case of doubt regarding the identity of the manufacturer of a product supplied to you by us, please notify us..

The levi.gr website retains all obligations towards you as provided under the Civil Code for the Seller. Specifically, in the event of a defect in the product sold to you, you may, subject to the mandatory provisions on consumer protection (Article 5 of Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees), (a) request its repair at no cost to you, unless this is impossible or entails disproportionate expenses, or (b) request its replacement with another product, or (c) withdraw from the purchase by following the Withdrawal Procedure described in detail in the General Terms and Conditions.

The above obligations of our Company shall cease if the defect has been caused by you, or if the returned product shows dirt, wear, scratches, creases, or generally gives the impression of having been used beyond what is necessary to determine its suitability. In all cases, products must be accompanied by the necessary supporting documents and proof of receipt. For non-compliance of the product to be considered valid, the Seller must be notified within two (2) months from the date the non-compliance was discovered. In case of loss of the product prior to delivery to you, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase and receive a refund of any amount paid for the purchase.

If, for any reason, your order has been executed incorrectly (wrong product, incorrect price, etc.), you must immediately notify us using the contact details above.

Furthermore, please note that the risk of loss or damage to the products rests with the Seller until you, or a third party appointed by you to receive the products on your behalf (other than the carrier), has acquired physical possession of the goods. This risk, however, transfers to you upon delivery of the purchased products to the carrier, if the carrier has been appointed by you to transport the goods and such option was not offered by levi.gr, subject to your rights against the carrier.

DENIM and levi.gr always act in good faith and within the framework of the law and these General Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, levi.gr has taken and continues to take all necessary technical or other measures and exerts every reasonable effort to ensure that:

• the website and online store operate continuously and properly without problems, interruptions, delays, errors, or faults,
• data/information provided and transmitted through this website is neither altered nor lost, and is protected through backups, to the extent that the website’s security systems have limitations,
• the technology it uses, including the servers through which the online store is made available, does not contain viruses or other harmful components or software programs.

However, levi.gr PROVIDES NO WARRANTY regarding the above and shall not be liable to you for any damage arising from such causes.

Additionally, levi.gr provides no warranty:

• for the suitability, effectiveness, or adequacy of its products with respect to the purpose for which you intend to use them, and
• for the proper and correct execution of transactional obligations by other Users/Customers of the website and its services.

levi.gr makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of its content. Nevertheless, Users/Customers acknowledge that levi.gr reserves the right to modify and/or temporarily or permanently suspend all or part of the website with or without prior notice, as availability may be affected by user equipment, other communication networks, high concurrent usage, or other causes.

Therefore, levi.gr shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, positive or consequential damage (whether due to negligence, contractual, or otherwise) arising from inability to use the Website, access to it, cessation of all or part of it, or any errors, interruptions, defects, or delays in its operation or in the transmission of information via the Internet, or poor service quality or loss of content.

DENIM disclaims any liability for any damage, whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, arising in any way from access to or use of levi.gr, including, without limitation, loss or damage caused by viruses that may affect your equipment (PC) or the accuracy of information obtained through levi.gr.

DENIM has made every effort to prevent publication of content on the website that describes or reflects situations of physical or psychological violence, or content that, depending on the sensitivity of levi.gr users, may be considered to violate political beliefs, human rights, or human dignity in any form. In any case, DENIM does not guarantee that the website content is appropriate or legal in countries outside Greece.

If such content is deemed unauthorized or illegal in any of these countries, please do not visit levi.gr. Should you nonetheless choose to access it, you acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility for your use of levi.gr’s services.

DENIM has also taken measures to ensure that levi.gr content is accurate and does not contain incorrect or outdated information. However, DENIM cannot be held responsible for the accuracy and completeness of content published on levi.gr, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence as provided by law.

DENIM also cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website, free from errors due to Internet connection issues. Should any problems arise during the use of levi.gr, please contact Customer Service for assistance. You are also advised to consult your Internet service provider or ensure that all devices used to access the Internet and website content are properly configured, including browsers.

levi.gr reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend all or part of its operations for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason. Despite DENIM’s best efforts, the dynamic nature of the Internet and web content may prevent continuous operation of levi.gr without interruptions or pauses.

levi.gr is not responsible for technical issues experienced by Users/Customers due to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the website, nor for acts or omissions of third parties, including unauthorized interference with products, services, or information available via levi.gr.

DENIM has implemented adequate technical and organizational security measures to protect levi.gr services, the integrity of traffic data, and electronic communications, preventing unauthorized use, access, distribution, destruction, or loss of data and confidential/non-confidential information related to Users.

Beyond what is explicitly stated herein, levi.gr bears no civil, criminal, or other liability to you or any third-party deriving rights from you for any direct, indirect, consequential, financial, or other loss, including lost profits, resulting from:

• errors, omissions, technical malfunctions, breakdowns, or failures of telecommunications networks, the Internet, the website, or Internet Service Providers;
• temporary or permanent suspension of the website or its services, or interruption in product availability;
• events, circumstances, actions, or omissions by levi.gr or third parties, including other Users/Customers, for which levi.gr provides no guarantees;
• information and other content possibly published or shared by third parties.

levi.gr reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, without justification or prior notice. levi.gr is liable only for direct damage caused by fraud or gross negligence. Subject to mandatory provisions, liability for direct damages due to slight negligence is explicitly excluded. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is entirely and expressly excluded.

levi.gr may temporarily or permanently exclude any User/Customer from membership at any time, without providing reasons. The member is prohibited from re-registering unless levi.gr expressly consents. The member consents to levi.gr retaining personal data to identify any future attempts to register. These provisions apply particularly (but not exclusively) in cases of violation of the General Terms and Conditions of Use, or upon request of authorities, courts, or third parties.

The contents of levi.gr, including but not limited to works, illustrations, images, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, documents, sketches, sizes, logos, and any other material published on levi.gr in any form—such as menus, web pages, graphics, colors, designs, tools, fonts, website layout, diagrams, arrangements, methods, processes, functionalities, and software that are part of levi.gr—are protected under copyright and all other intellectual property rights of DENIM and the respective rights holders.

Reproduction, in whole or in part, of levi.gr and its content, by any means or in any form, is prohibited. DENIM holds the exclusive right to authorize or prohibit any reproduction (direct or indirect, temporary or permanent, by any means or in any form, in whole or in part) of levi.gr and its content. Reproduction, in whole or in part, of levi.gr and its content is not permitted without prior written consent or authorization from DENIM, or, if necessary, from the authors of the works published on the website. Such reproductions shall be carried out for lawful purposes and in compliance with copyright and other intellectual property rights of DENIM and the authors of the works published on the website.

Regarding the use of levi.gr, only viewing of the website and its content is permitted. Temporary or incidental reproductions that are transient or incidental and constitute an integral and essential part of viewing levi.gr and its content, and which have no independent economic significance, are also allowed. Furthermore, navigation on the website is permitted for the lawful use of levi.gr and its content. Use of the levi.gr website and online store to send, publish, or transmit any content that is illegal, threatening, offensive, obscene, immoral, promotes or expresses racial, national, or other discrimination, or may cause harm to third parties in any way, is strictly prohibited.

DENIM is the exclusive owner of the trademarks and registered marks "levi" and "levi.gr" and any other mark containing the word "levi," as well as the domain name "levi.gr".

All other marks used to distinguish products sold on levi.gr and published on the website are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used on levi.gr solely for the purpose of distinguishing, describing, and advertising the products sold on levi.gr.

DENIM and all other trademark owners have the right to the exclusive use of the trademarks that belong to them. Use of such trademarks to distinguish products or services without the consent of DENIM or any other trademark owner published on the website is prohibited. Most trademarks published on the website relating to products for sale on levi.gr are well-known and recognized by the general public and levi.gr Users. Any action or omission that violates patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights of levi.gr or third parties is strictly prohibited.

Any unlawful or unauthorized use of such trademarks is prohibited and carries serious legal consequences. These trademarks and any other marks published on levi.gr must not be used in any manner to obtain unfair advantage based on the characteristics or reputation of the trademarks or in a way that may harm them or their owners.

Any action or omission by a User/Consumer that contains viruses or other software capable of causing interruption, damage, destruction, or obstruction of any software, or damaging the reputation and integrity of the Company, its partners, affiliated companies, or other Users/Members/Consumers, or violating any personal or other data of Users/Members/Consumers of this Website/Online Store, is strictly prohibited.

Additionally, the following are prohibited:

(a) Any access or attempt to access information and data (including personal data) transmitted through the Website for which the User/Consumer has no authorization or right to use.

(b) Access to the levi.gr Online Store for the purpose of creating or producing a product or service that competes with the products/services of DENIM or the levi.gr Website.

(c) Facilitating, by any means, third parties to gain access to Data provided to levi.gr by Members.

(d) Any form of software piracy, hacking, or interception, copying, analog/digital recording, mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, alteration, resale, creation of derivative works of data (including personal data) and information, including content and materials (photos, graphics, texts, etc.) of the Website.

Through the levi.gr website, references and links to third-party websites may be provided, i.e., Users/Consumers may be redirected via special links, hyperlinks, banners, or videos to third-party websites that are in no way related to levi.gr or DENIM.

DENIM does not represent, control, or monitor these third-party websites or their content and shall not be held liable for the content of such websites and/or the rules they adopt concerning, without limitation, the protection and processing of the User’s/Consumer’s personal data, the quality, accuracy, legality, completeness, timeliness, or correctness of the information they provide, nor for the properties of products or services displayed through these third-party websites.

Users are advised to exercise caution when accessing these websites via the links provided on levi.gr and are encouraged to carefully read the terms of use and privacy policies of such websites. The Terms of Use, General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and the Privacy Policy of levi.gr do not apply to third-party websites.

The levi.gr website provides links to other websites on the Internet solely to facilitate visitors’/users’/consumers’ search and navigation on the Internet, and the websites to which they are linked are subject to their respective terms of use.

The inclusion of links by levi.gr does not constitute endorsement or acceptance of the content of the respective websites by DENIM, which shall bear no responsibility for their content, errors, malfunctioning, or for any possible damage or injury to Users/Consumers resulting from access to and use of the information provided through them. Access to such websites is at the User’s/Visitor’s own risk.

Users are advised to read the Privacy Policy, which also applies when users access levi.gr and use its services without making purchases. The Privacy Policy will help users understand how and for what purposes levi.gr collects and uses their personal data.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law.

The various promotional activities displayed on this online store are valid while stocks last and only for the period specified for each promotion.

Promotional coupons are personalized codes that allow discounts on purchases of products from levi.gr. Gift vouchers carry personalized codes that also allow discounts on purchases from levi.gr. Coupons and gift vouchers cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash.

Please note that only one gift voucher or one promotional coupon can be used per order. Each voucher/coupon has an expiration date, can be used only once, and must be applied in full, as no change or cash refund is given for partial use. VIP & Fais Group personnel discounts do not apply to online purchases. Coupons and gift vouchers are not valid for products already offered at promotional prices.

If you have a levi.gr gift voucher or coupon and wish to redeem it, follow these steps:

1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
2. During the checkout process, enter the gift voucher or coupon code in the field "Enter your Coupon Code" and click the arrow to apply the discount.
3. Complete your order using your preferred payment method.

The value of the gift voucher includes VAT and is valid for purchases from levi.gr for a single order only, up to the expiration date indicated on the voucher. No cash refunds are provided.

The coupon value includes VAT and is valid exclusively for purchases from levi.gr up to the expiration date indicated on the coupon.

If the coupon applies to a specific product, it is valid only for that product, while stocks last, and until the expiration date indicated on the coupon.

It is expressly stated that the products offered with a discount, as well as the amount of the discount, are at the sole discretion of levi.gr. levi.gr may, at any time during the coupon’s validity, change the products available at a discount and/or the discount amount. levi.gr bears no liability for any changes made to discounted products.

The Company will fulfill orders based on product availability and while stocks last, in accordance with the general terms applicable to sales from the online store.

In the event you wish to exercise your Right of Withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code and return a product purchased with a promotional coupon, you must follow the standard return procedure as described in the Returns Policy section. Once the returned product is accepted, the corresponding code will regain its original value.

The difference between the coupon value and the purchased product will be refunded according to our standard refund procedure.
