The management and protection of your personal data are governed by the terms of this Policy and the relevant provisions of Greek, EU, and international legislation relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (“HDPA”). Any future amendments to this regulatory framework will automatically apply to this Policy.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy” or “Privacy Policy”) aims to inform you about the Company’s practices regarding the collection, processing, and protection of your personal data, which you voluntarily provide to us. It explains the purposes of data processing, the categories of recipients, and the procedures available for exercising your legal rights.
This Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms of Use and the General Terms & Conditions of Sale of levi.gr, collectively constituting a single, unified set of terms. The Company, in its capacity as Data Controller, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms and Policies, including this Privacy Policy, either in whole or in part. Any modification shall take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Policy on the Website. We therefore encourage you to review the contents of this Policy periodically.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
2.1. DEFINITION OF PERSONAL DATA
“Personal Data” means any information relating to the data subject, namely any information referring to a natural person to whom the data pertains and whose identity is known or can be verified. Such information, as defined by law and the relevant European regulations, includes, for example, the member’s name, address, date of birth, and gender, mobile phone number, email address, as well as usage data, such as username, password, and IP address.
2.2. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
For simple browsing through our Online Store, the Company does not request any of your personal data. However, while you browse or use the services offered by levi.gr, the Company collects and processes browsing data through cookies, which relate exclusively to your purchasing habits. For more details regarding the information collected through cookies and similar technologies, please refer to the relevant “Cookies Policy” section.
The categories of personal data that the Company collects and processes (e.g., from stores, websites, social media platforms) are as follows:
A) The Company collects the personal data deemed necessary by law and by the General Terms of Use to complete, execute, and deliver your order. Such data may include, indicatively, your first and last name, email address, contact telephone number (landline and mobile), shipping address (street, city, postal code, country), billing address, date of birth, gender, payment details such as the masked number of your credit/debit card, loyalty card information, and the type of document you wish us to issue (receipt or invoice). For online purchases, this may also include Klarna credit data, where applicable. In case you request an invoice, we will additionally ask for your company’s details, such as company name, Tax Identification Number, Tax Office, business activity, registered address, and contact phone numbers (landline and mobile).
B) We collect your email address when you register for our Newsletter service, for the purpose of sending you informational updates about the Company, levi.gr, its products/services, promotions, and offers. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, the email address you provide will be forwarded to KLAVIYO, INC., which provides us with email marketing services. We consider KLAVIYO, INC. to be a third-party data processor (see Section 2.5 below). Your email address will remain in the KLAVIYO, INC. database for as long as we continue to use its services for email marketing purposes or until you explicitly request removal from the list. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe links included in any newsletter email we send you. If your email address remains in KLAVIYO, INC.’s database, you will receive periodic email updates from us.
C) If, during registration as a member, you choose the corresponding checkbox and provide your consent, we will also collect your email address and mobile phone number for the purpose of sending you Newsletters and text messages (SMS) containing information about the Company, levi.gr, its products/services, offers, and other related content. As with newsletters, the email address you provide will be forwarded to KLAVIYO, INC., which provides us with email marketing services and is considered a third-party data processor (see Section 2.5). Your email address will remain in the KLAVIYO, INC. database for as long as we use its services or until you request deletion from the list using the unsubscribe links included in our newsletter emails.
D) We also collect and process personal data such as your name, surname, email address, phone number, and order code, which you provide when contacting our Customer Service department, to facilitate communication with you, assist you regarding your current orders, and inform you about new products or services. Furthermore, we may use and process your personal data, if you have given us your consent, to notify you when a product becomes available again. If you choose to contact us using the contact form available on the “Contact” page, none of the data you provide will be stored by this Website or transferred/processed by any of the third-party data processors mentioned in Section 2.5. Instead, your data will be compiled into an email message for the sole purpose of responding to you.
E) We collect your first and last name, email address, personal password, gender, and date of birth during your registration as a member on levi.gr and the creation of an Account, in order to facilitate your purchases from our online store. During telephone orders, we collect personal data such as your name, surname, shipping address, email, contact phone number, and any other data legally required to complete, execute, and deliver your order.
F) In the event that you provide personal data of third parties (e.g., name, surname, address, telephone number) to levi.gr (for example, when purchasing gifts for a third person), levi.gr will protect such third-party personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By providing us with third-party personal data, you confirm that you have informed said third party about the purposes and manner in which we will process their personal data.
Social media: We may process your personal data obtained through social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram) or online reviews relating to our Company. If you choose to contact us through social media platforms to request information about our services or products, none of the data you provide will be stored by this Website or transferred/processed by any of the third-party data processors listed in Section 2.5. Instead, your data will be compiled into a message solely for the purpose of responding to you. To exercise your rights, as described in the “Data Subject Rights, Information and Deletion” section, please do not use social media platforms. Some of our social media pages allow users to submit their own content. Please note that any content you submit on one of our social media pages may be publicly visible, and you should exercise caution when providing personal information (e.g., financial details or address data) through these platforms. We are not responsible for any actions taken if you choose to post personal information on our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook or Instagram). Please also refer to the respective privacy and cookies policies of the relevant social media platforms you use.
2.3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data you provide during your visit and/or navigation on the pages and services of the website levi.gr are collected and processed exclusively and solely for the following purposes:
· For the completion and execution of the purchase contract for the Company’s products. Upon completing your purchase, you will be requested to provide the necessary Personal Data required to ensure the actions necessary for the execution of the contract with the Company, such as payment processing, issuing and sending your tax documents electronically (e-invoicing) to the email address you have provided either during your registration on our online store or during your transaction at the checkouts of our physical stores, performing the necessary anti-fraud checks (in cases of payment by credit/debit card), charging the payment, shipping the product, and managing any returns.
· For the provision of levi.gr services through your registration on the Website and the use of services intended solely for Registered Users/Members. Registration on the Website is possible through the entry of specific Personal Information necessary for the verification of the identity of the Data Subject and the enhancement of the services provided to registered users. For this purpose, the Company may collect, depending on each service and its characteristics, the necessary Personal Data required for the improvement and execution of the service requested by the Data Subject.
· For the sending of newsletters from the Company and levi.gr, as well as for commercial communication concerning our products and services, so that you remain informed about innovations, new arrivals, exclusive products, and offers.
· For communication between us and for managing your requests through the Customer Service Department.
· For the improvement of the services provided. With your prior consent, we may use your contact details in the context of conducting market research and general surveys aimed at measuring customer satisfaction, to improve our services and enhance our relationship with our users.
· For statistical research and analysis purposes, using data in aggregate form, with the aim of understanding how users interact with and use the levi.gr Website, thereby improving our products and services.
· To display advertisements and content to you on social media platforms.
In the aforementioned cases, the processing of your Personal Data is considered lawful, as is carried out either for the performance of a contract between us or for the provision of a specific service you have requested. These data may not be used by any third party without complying with the applicable legal provisions.
2.4. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company processes your personal data throughout the duration of the applicable contract and after its termination or expiration, by any means, for as long as it is required under the applicable legal framework.
Specifically, the personal data processed by the Company are mandatorily retained for the entire duration required by the purpose of processing for which they are collected and/or the period stipulated by the applicable legal framework.
Upon the expiration of this period, the data are retained in accordance with the applicable institutional framework for the period prescribed after the termination of the business relationship or for as long as is necessary to defend the Company’s rights before a Court or any other competent Authority.
2.5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE OF THEIR DISCLOSURE
Your Personal Data are processed by the Company, which acts as the Data Controller.
For organizational and operational purposes related to the provision of products and services through levi.gr, the Company may disclose your personal information to its agents and/or subcontractors for the purpose of supporting, promoting, and executing your transactional relationship with it, but always under conditions that fully ensure that your personal data are not subject to any unlawful processing, i.e., processing other than the purpose of disclosure as specified above.
The Company reserves the right, for the above purposes, to disclose your Personal Data:
· to the courier companies with which it collaborates, as referred to in the General Terms of Use, to ensure the delivery of the products you have selected from the levi.gr Online Store,
· to credit card providers for the processing of your payment on behalf of the Company, to ensure the dispatch of the products you have selected from the levi.gr Online Store,
· to third parties, natural or legal people, who may provide, on behalf of the Company, promotion and marketing services for both the Company and its products or services, including social media marketing,
· to third-party partners who provide technical services, such as, indicatively, hosting and technical support services,
· to companies that offer payment solutions (card redemption companies, banks, and other payment service providers such as Klarna). To offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we may disclose, during the checkout process, personal data such as contact and transaction information to Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for its payment options and provide you with personalized payment solutions. Your personal data are processed in accordance with Klarna’s Privacy Policy.
All partners, agents, and/or subcontractors have been assessed and selected by the Company based on their proven reliability and capability, and all comply with the legislation stipulated in the above paragraphs. In cases where any of these recipients are located in countries outside the European Union, the transfer of your Personal Data is carried out in accordance with the safeguards provided by law.
The Company and levi.gr will not sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose personal data of the Users of its website to third parties, other than those referred to above, without the User’s consent, except in the event of the application of relevant legal obligations and only to the Competent Authorities.
The stored data may be disclosed to the Competent Judicial, Police, and other Administrative Authorities upon their lawful request and in accordance with the applicable legislative provisions in force at the time. Furthermore, in the event of a lawful order, official directive, or formal preliminary investigation, levi.gr and the Company reserve the right to make the relevant data available to the competent authority without further notice.
2.6. DATA SUBJECT CONSENT
By conducting any transaction and using any service on levi.gr, in accordance with the General Terms of Use of levi.gr, you declare that you are over 15 years of age and you accept and consent to this Privacy Policy and, in particular, to the following:
2.6.1. Registration as a Member – Account Creation
By registering as a member, if you enter your Personal Data in the Member Account, you consent to levi.gr using such data for all necessary purposes to successfully complete the transaction between you and the Company.
2.6.2. Order Completion
By completing your order, if you enter your Personal Data, you consent to levi.gr using such data for all necessary purposes to successfully complete the transaction between you and the Company. Furthermore, you consent to levi.gr using such data for potential refunds to you in the event that you exercise your Right of Withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the General Terms of Use and the Law.
2.6.3. Marketing and Advertising Activities
By subscribing to the levi.gr newsletter service and/or SMS notifications, you consent to levi.gr processing and using your personal data for advertising purposes, such as sending emails of a general informational or promotional nature (newsletters) regarding the Company, its products, and its services.
If you so wish, levi.gr will refrain from using your Personal Data for promotional purposes, provided that you request it or follow the procedures to unsubscribe from the list of registered members receiving levi.gr newsletters. You may, at any time, send an email to dpo@faisgroup.gr or unsubscribe by following the instructions contained in each informational email or SMS received from us.
The Company is legally obliged to notify the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) of any unlawful breach of the Website’s Personal Data database or the database of any third-party data processor, and to inform all relevant individuals and authorities within 72 hours of such breach, if it is evident that the stored personal data in an identifiable form have been compromised.
2.6.4. Processing Regarding Fraudulent Activities
By completing a transaction on levi.gr, you consent that, in the event of reasonable evidence and where the circumstances so require, levi.gr shall have the right to collect, process, and use all data necessary to identify and prevent offers or transactions created for fraudulent purposes, as well as any other illegal or non-contractual use of levi.gr.
Furthermore, the Company is legally obliged to notify the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) of any unlawful breach of the Website’s Personal Data database or the database of any third-party data processor, and to inform all relevant individuals and authorities within 72 hours of such breach, if it is evident that personal data stored in a non-identifiable form have been compromised.
2.6.5. Disclosure to Legal Authorities With or Without a Legal Provision
As the transfer of data may be required or prohibited by Law, you hereby consent to the disclosure of your personal data to law enforcement and supervisory authorities when necessary for protection against risks to national and public security, as well as for the prosecution of criminal acts.
2.7. TRANSFER AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
The transfer of Personal Data between the levi.gr Website and your browser is encrypted and delivered via HTTPS.
Your data are stored on our servers located in secure locations.
2.8. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS, INFORMATION AND DELETION
Providing your Personal Data constitutes a contractual obligation. You retain full discretion and freedom to decide whether to share your Personal Data with us; however, without the required data, it will not be possible to conclude or execute the Sales Agreement and your requests with our Company.
In the event of entering into a Sales Agreement for products from levi.gr, the processing of the Data Subject’s data will be carried out solely to enable the Company to fulfill its legal obligations and comply with tax provisions and the applicable law to which it is subject.
You are free to decide whether to enter into a Sales Agreement with us and whether to disclose your data. Nevertheless, if you proceed with a Sales Agreement, your Personal Data will be necessary and will be processed to fulfill the aforementioned legal obligations to which the Company is subject.
The Company performs the following processing of personal data exclusively when the Data Subject has provided explicit consent:
· Conducting marketing activities, surveys, and market research.
· Analysis of browsing and consumption habits through the use of the Data Subject’s Profile, solely for the purpose of creating a better shopping experience and personalizing it on our website.
Providing your Personal Data for such activities is entirely optional. You are free to provide or withhold your Personal Data for this purpose, but in the absence of such data, the Company will not be able to carry out marketing and advertising activities, surveys and market research, or analysis of your habits.

At any time, you retain the right to be informed or to object to the further processing of your data in accordance with applicable Data Protection legislation. To exercise your rights, please do not use social media platforms. If you believe your personal data have been processed unlawfully, you may submit a request to one of the Supervisory Authorities responsible for enforcing Data Protection rules.
We respond to your requests free of charge without delay, and in any case, within one (1) month of receiving your request. However, if your request is complex or involves a large number of requests, we will inform you within the month if an extension of up to two (2) additional months is required, within which we will respond. If your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly due to their repetitive nature, the Company may charge a reasonable fee, taking into account administrative costs for providing the information or performing the requested action, or may refuse to act on the request.
