1.1. Welcome to the website and online store www.levi.gr (hereinafter referred to, for convenience, as the “Website” or the “Online Store” or “levi.gr”).
Levi.gr is the “Website” and “Online Store” for the display and sale of products (footwear and accessories) via the Internet, which is operated and maintained by the Greek private limited company under the name “THE DENIM CO. MONOPROSOPI IDIOTIKI KEFALAIOUCHIKI ETAIREIA”, with registered offices in Alimos, Attica (77 Poseidonos Avenue, 17455), Greece (Tax Identification Number: 801003710 / Glyfada Tax Office / General Commercial Registry No. 146746501000) (hereinafter referred to as the “DENIM”, the “Seller”, or the “Company”).
These present terms (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms of Sale”) provide information regarding orders, deliveries, refunds, and returns of products purchased from levi.gr, as well as other general information about the services offered through levi.gr.
1.2. Access to the Website and to the products and services offered through it (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”), the use of these Services, and the execution of sales transactions are subject to these Terms, the General Terms of Use, the Cookies Policy, and the terms of the Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy, which together form an integrated and binding set of terms and conditions governing the use of the Website (hereinafter collectively the “Terms and Conditions”).
Therefore, before navigating the Website and making purchases, we kindly ask you to read these Terms carefully and ensure that you agree with them. In the event of any disagreement with any of the Terms and Conditions, we advise you not to take any action on the Website, including simple browsing.
However, any action you perform on the Website — including, indicatively, browsing the Website, subscribing to the Company’s newsletter, or purchasing our products — shall be considered as unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Any natural person who visits the Website’s pages or uses the Services is hereinafter referred to, for convenience, as the “Visitor” or the “User/Customer”, respectively.
1.3. The use of the Website and any transactions carried out through it are performed under the sole responsibility of the Visitor or User/Customer, who is requested to regularly review the content of the Terms and Conditions for possible changes. Continued use of the Website, even after any modifications, constitutes the unconditional acceptance of such changes by the Visitor or User/Customer.

2. COMPANY POLICY
2.1. The Seller offers products for sale on levi.gr, and the e-commerce services are provided exclusively to its end users — i.e., the Users/Customers.
2.2. A User/Customer is defined as any individual acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their trade, business, or profession.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not considered “Users/Customers” and any other orders that do not comply with the Company’s policy.
2.4. These General Terms of Sale exclusively govern the offer, transfer, and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on levi.gr between the “Users/Customers” of levi.gr and the Seller.
2.5. The General Terms of Sale do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products carried out by third parties, which may be visible on levi.gr through links, banners, or other hyperlinks. Before submitting orders or purchasing products and services from such third parties, we recommend that you carefully review their own terms and conditions, as the Seller cannot be held liable for the provision of services by third parties or for any e-commerce transactions executed between levi.gr users and third parties.
3. WEBSITE / ONLINE STORE SERVICES
3.1. Provided Information / Products
The Company guarantees that the information provided on this Website is complete, accurate, valid, and up to date, whether it relates to our identity or to the products/services offered through our Online Store.
These guarantees are provided subject to possible technical or typographical errors, which cannot be foreseen or may have occurred unintentionally, or due to interruptions in the operation of this Website, or due to force majeure.
Levi.gr has taken all necessary technical and other measures to ensure the immediate updating of available quantities and product sizes. However, we explicitly reserve the right regarding the accuracy of the quantities and sizes displayed in the Online Store, as the updates may occur within a specific timeframe following their modification.
3.2. Access to the Website – Purchase Process Steps
Upon visiting the Website, you may manage your cookie preferences (for more information, please refer to our Cookies Policy) and then choose how you wish to browse and purchase our products.
It is expressly stated that the Website does not constitute an offer to conclude a purchase contract on behalf of the Seller but rather an invitation to submit an offer by the User/Customer.
4. ORDER METHODS
4.1 ONLINE ORDER – Purchase through the Online Store
4.1.1 Placement / Confirmation
To purchase one or more products from levi.gr, use the MEN and WOMEN categories located in the main menu of our website and browse until you find what you are looking for. By clicking on the product of interest, you can view product images, its characteristics (as provided to us by the respective brand/supplier), available colors and sizes, as well as the current retail price.
Check the products you have added to your shopping cart by clicking on the “My Cart” link, located at the top of the Website. You can use the Delete option to remove products from your cart before completing your order. By clicking on “Checkout”, you will be directed to the order form, which appears before finalizing the Purchase Agreement.
The order form includes a summary of information regarding the main characteristics of each product, its price (including all applicable duties and taxes), and the shipping costs. The prices listed for the products include VAT and are considered final. levi.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to customers. However, in all cases, at the time of receiving the ordered product, the customer will pay the price displayed at the time of placing the order. For detailed information regarding shipping costs, please refer to Section 8.
Click “Proceed to Payment” to complete your purchase. You may pay using one of the payment methods provided in Section 9.
Before submitting the order form, you will also be prompted to identify and correct any possible errors in the data you entered. At this stage, you may choose to complete your order either as a guest (without creating an account) or, if you are already a levi.gr Member (hereinafter “Member”), by logging into your existing account.
Specifically, you must first enter your email address in the designated field.
· If you are already a Member, the login form will appear, where you must enter your password for identification and to finalize your order.
· If you wish to continue as a guest, you will be required to enter the following mandatory information: first name, last name, mobile phone number, delivery address, country, region, city, and postal code. You will also be informed that you may create a Member account after completing your purchase.
Once your details are completed, you will confirm the delivery to the address you provided and be informed of the shipping method and cost. Before final confirmation, you will have the option to change the delivery address by clicking the “edit” icon and entering the new details.
Next, you will select the type of invoice/receipt you wish to be issued and your payment method. A summary of your order will then be displayed.
Once all required information is completed, and if you wish to submit a purchase request for the selected products and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy, you will proceed by clicking the “Submit Order” button. By doing so, you submit a request to the Company to conclude a purchase agreement for the selected products. The conclusion of the purchase agreement is finalized as described below.
The ordered products will be shipped to your address via a courier company cooperating with levi.gr, as detailed in Section 7. After submitting your order, you will receive an automated email at the address you provided, confirming that your order has been received and listing the products ordered along with all order details. The order is received by the Company subject to availability verification and validation of the order details.
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee stock reservation. In cases of low stock, levi.gr reserves the right to cancel an order or part of it if product availability proves insufficient to meet demand. In such cases, you will be notified accordingly. The final confirmation of product availability occurs during order processing and product collection.
If, at the time of your last visit to levi.gr or upon submitting your order form, products are no longer available or have been discontinued, the Seller will inform you of their unavailability within thirty (30) days from the day after your order was placed.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier company or another cooperating delivery provider, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. You may use this number to track the progress of your order until it reaches the delivery address you specified.
The order form will be stored in our database for the period required to process your order and as otherwise required by law. You may access your order form [if you are logged into your account] by visiting the “Orders” section.
The Seller will not fulfill orders in cases where there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, orders are incomplete or incorrect, or products are no longer available.
In such cases, you will be notified via email that the purchase agreement has not been concluded and that the Seller has not processed your order, including the reasons for this decision.
If the order form has been submitted and payment has already been made for products that are no longer available, the Seller will refund the amount paid without undue delay using the same payment method used for the purchase, and the purchase agreement will be considered canceled for both parties.

4.1.2 Online Order – Acceptance of General Terms of Use & Transactions, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy
Before electronically submitting your order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms of Use, these General Terms of Transactions, the Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy, and our Returns Policy, which includes information about your statutory right of withdrawal. You are advised to print a copy and save it for your personal records.
You will also be provided with direct links to the General Terms of Transactions, General Terms of Use, Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy, and Returns Policy. Additionally, you will be given information regarding the main characteristics of each ordered product, the corresponding price per product (including all applicable duties and taxes), the available payment methods, the delivery method for purchased products, complaint-handling procedures by the Seller, shipping arrangements and costs, the Seller’s contact details, including physical address and email, and the estimated delivery date by which the Seller commits to delivering the products.
The Seller will also provide a summary of the conditions required to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. In any case, we will provide you with the contact details of our Customer Service Department following your purchase.
By submitting the order form to the Seller, you unconditionally agree and undertake to comply with the provisions of these General Terms of Transactions governing your agreement with the Company. If you do not agree with certain provisions, you are advised not to submit the order form.
By submitting the order form, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms of Transactions as well as any additional terms provided via links on levi.gr, including the General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy.
Please note that products purchased are intended exclusively for the country in which the order is placed. If you decide to import the product into another country, you remain solely responsible for its importation and must comply with all regulations and restrictions applicable to both exporting the product from the country of purchase and importing it into the destination country. The Company disclaims any liability arising from such actions.
4.1.3 Online Order – Tracking
You may track the status of your order at any time via the “Orders” subsection of the “My Account” section.
If your order has been shipped and handed over to the courier company, you can monitor its status using the tracking number provided in your order details.
4.2 Telephone Order
You may place an order by phone by calling the levi.gr Customer Service Department at 211 1088123 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).
Our specialized staff will provide you with product information and assist you in placing your order by giving the product code listed in our online store.
Important: Telephone orders cannot be completed using payment methods that require logging into banking services or similar third-party institutions.
Communication with the Customer Service Department may also be conducted in writing via email at info@levi.gr.
5. MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
If you wish to register as a Member on levi.gr, the registration process is quick and simple. After completing your electronic order as a guest, the system will prompt you to register as a new Member by creating a Member Account.
Alternatively, you can register directly as a Member by selecting “Register” from the menu located at the top-right corner of the Website.
By entering the requested personal details (first name, last name, valid email address, personal password, gender, and date of birth) and accepting the General Terms of Use, the General Terms of Transactions, and the Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy, you become a Member of levi.gr, and we create your personal Member Account.
Membership registration and participation are free of charge, personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal details you provide, and levi.gr relies exclusively on the information you declare regarding your personal data.
The personal data you provide during registration are processed by our Company exclusively for the following purposes:
· To create your Member Account on levi.gr, through which you can track the status of your orders, view your transaction history, manage your personal information, and more.
· To ensure effective communication regarding our transactions (e.g., order completion, shipping, delivery, payment, and secure financial transactions).
· To send you informational, promotional, and marketing material regarding our Company’s products and services, including possible collaborations with third parties.
With respect to the collection and processing of your personal data, the terms and provisions of the Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy of levi.gr apply.
5.1 Member Account
The information you provide during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. In the event of any changes to your details, you are required to promptly inform levi.gr so that your information remains current and accurate.
By registering as described above, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with these General Terms of Transactions and the Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy of levi.gr, which you confirm you have read, understood, and fully accepted without reservation.
You have the right, at any time, to access your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection and processing of your personal data, request their immediate deletion or correction, request the temporary suspension of their use by levi.gr, restrict or prohibit their disclosure, or request the termination of your membership by sending an email to info@levi.gr or by contacting our Customer Service Department at 211 1088111 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).
In any case, your personal data will be retained by our Company only for as long as you remain a registered Member of the levi.gr online store. Your data will not be disclosed to any third parties and will be managed exclusively by our Company.
All personal information collected through the dedicated electronic form on levi.gr is strictly necessary for the provision of the aforementioned services, and your registration implies your full consent.
5.2 Newsletter Subscription
Subscription to our Company’s newsletter is entirely optional and is not a prerequisite for making purchases from our online store or using any of our other services, including simply browsing our website.
To subscribe to our Newsletter Service, you must enter your email address in the designated field on our website. By completing the subscription process, you explicitly consent to receiving informational and promotional material about our products and services, as well as related advertising messages.

levi.gr bears no responsibility if newsletters fail to be delivered to their intended destination, despite making every reasonable effort in cooperation with ISPs (Internet Service Providers) to ensure successful delivery. Newsletters may occasionally be directed to your Junk/Spam folders, so we recommend checking them regularly.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving newsletters or be completely removed from the levi.gr newsletter database, you may do so by using the contact form on our Website, or clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link included in the newsletters you receive.
levi.gr uses a third-party provider to track newsletter recipients but does not share any personal information such as name, surname, residential address, or other personal data with third parties.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
Order cancellation or modification of electronic or telephone orders can be made by the User/Customer in the following cases:
6.1 Before Completing the Order
Before submitting the order form as described above (see Section 3.1.1), you have the technical ability to return to a previous step of the ordering process and remove or modify product quantities in your cart. You can remove unwanted items by clicking the “Remove” button and add any new products you wish to order.
6.2 After Order Submission but Before Product Shipment
You may modify or cancel your order after submitting the electronic order form and before the products have been shipped, by contacting the Customer Service Department either by phone at 211 1088123 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays) or via email at info@levi.gr.
6.3 Order Cancellation Due to Delivery Delays
You also have the right to cancel your order after its completion (and until receipt of the products) if the delivery of the ordered products is delayed beyond the time limits specified in Section 7 below, in accordance with its provisions.
6.4 Refusal to Accept Products
Any refusal to accept your products upon delivery by the courier company constitutes an effective withdrawal, for which the provisions of Section 11 below apply.
6.5 Returned Orders
All orders returned to the Seller, either due to a cancellation request by the User/Customer or due to refusal of acceptance as described above, will be considered canceled once the Seller has received the returned products.
7. PRODUCT DELIVERY
7.1 Order Validity
Orders remain valid and available for delivery via courier shipment for up to fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of placement.
If delivery of the order is not possible (for example, due to communication issues, failure to collect the product, or errors regarding product availability), the order will be automatically canceled after this period.
Special Cases of Shipments and Orders
For certain large-volume or heavy-weight orders, shipment may be carried out using transportation methods chosen by the Company, and some deliveries may only be possible in major urban areas.
The Company reserves the right to reject specific orders and decline specific sales, informing you in advance and refunding any payment already made for the canceled order in full.
7.2 Delivery Method and Timeframe
The levi.gr online store delivers products throughout Greece and Cyprus.
Shipments are carried out daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, during the delivery hours of our partner courier companies.
For orders within Athens, Saturday delivery is available upon request (provided it is mentioned in the order’s comments). In this case, you agree that Saturday delivery will be charged in accordance with Section 8.
The above delivery times exclude cases where courier companies cannot perform deliveries due to their own responsibility.
Subject to the provisions of these General Terms of Transactions, any order completed by 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, will be delivered within:
· three (3) working days in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, and other major urban areas,
· five (5) working days throughout the rest of Greece, and
· ten (10) working days in Cyprus.
If your order is completed after 1:00 p.m., delivery times are extended by one additional working day.
The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather conditions, nationwide strikes, public holidays, or other cases of force majeure that may affect shipping and delivery times.
If you request shipment via a transportation company not partnered with levi.gr, you will bear all shipping costs, regardless of order value, delivery time, or destination. In such cases, levi.gr assumes no responsibility for any delays.
Orders placed on the Website from a country different from the shipping destination country, or with a shipping address in a country where the Seller cannot deliver products, will be automatically canceled.
Placing an order and requesting shipment implies full acceptance of these General Terms of Transactions.
7.3 Delivery Delays
Our Company makes every effort to ensure timely and proper delivery of your orders as described in Section 7.2 above.
However, the Seller reserves the right to delay delivery in certain circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather conditions, strikes, or other situations beyond our control), product unavailability due to stock depletion, or delays in shipment from the manufacturer/supplier.
In any case of delay, we will contact you to inform you of the situation and ask whether you wish to proceed with delivery without the delayed/unavailable product, to select an alternative product, or to be informed of the revised delivery timeframe.
If none of the above options satisfy you, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in full. In such cases, the Company will refund any amount you may have already paid.

8. SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost for orders placed on levi.gr within Greece is free of charge, regardless of the order value, volume, or weight of the products.
Shipments to Cyprus are subject to a €22 shipping fee per order, regardless of the total order value or whether the shipping address is within or outside the European Union.
International shipments are carried out via the courier company UPS.
Any customs clearance procedures for the ordered products, as well as any associated costs, are the sole responsibility of the User/Customer.
9. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for the products, as well as any applicable shipping and delivery costs, must be made using one of the payment methods indicated on the order form.
Under no circumstances will the User/Customer be charged any additional fees by the Seller based on the selected payment method, other than those explicitly stated in the order summary.
9.1 Cash on Delivery (COD) – Payment Upon Delivery
If you select the Cash on Delivery service, you shall pay the courier company (Courier) in cash upon delivery of your order at the address you provided, or upon collection of the products from the courier’s facilities. The courier acts on behalf of levi.gr.
The COD service for deliveries within Greece is free.
The Cash on Delivery option is offered subject to certain limitations under applicable legislation (see Relevant Legislation below) and applies only to specific areas and specific shipping methods.
Therefore, for orders paid via Cash on Delivery:
· The total order value cannot exceed €500.
The total number of items in the order cannot exceed fifteen (15).
Relevant Legislation
According to Law 3842/2010, Article 20, Paragraph 3:
“Tax documents with a total value of five hundred euros (€500) or more, issued for the sale of goods or provision of services to individuals, must be settled exclusively by the recipients (buyers) using card payments or other electronic payment methods, including but not limited to bank transfers, payment accounts, or electronic wallets. Payment in cash for such transactions is not permitted.”
Therefore, any order with a total value exceeding €500, including taxes and any applicable charges, must be settled using one of the above-mentioned electronic payment methods.
9.2 Bank Deposit / Wire Transfer
You may choose to pay via Bank Deposit by transferring the total amount of your order to the Company’s bank account.
Your order will be processed and shipped only after the payment has been confirmed.
If the payment is not completed within three (3) working days, your order will be automatically canceled.
For faster processing, please include your Payment Reference Code (format: RFXXXXXX) or your Order Number in the payment description.
9.3 Payment via VIVA
For secure transactions, levi.gr partners with VIVA, which ensures a fully protected environment for your online payments. You may choose from the following payment options:
9.3.1 Credit Card Payment
levi.gr accepts the following cards: Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Prepaid cards: Visa, Mastercard.
In some cases, installment payments may be available for certain credit cards.
Orders paid by credit card will be delivered only to the cardholder, who must present both the credit card and a valid photo ID.
Orders paid via credit card cannot be delivered to third parties.
All listed prices include applicable taxes.
Ownership of the products remains with the Seller until full payment has been received.
Important: Credit card details are requested only during the checkout process and are transmitted securely to the respective financial institution. levi.gr does not store any credit card information in its systems.
For cardholder authentication, your card details may be securely transferred to a third-party provider authorized by the issuing bank. This transfer is encrypted and no third party has access to your data.
Card details will be used exclusively for completing your purchase, processing refunds, or reporting fraudulent transactions to the authorities.
9.3.2 PayPal Payment
You may pay using your PayPal account. Upon selecting this option, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page to complete your payment. Your account will be charged on the day of your order.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you may create one directly via PayPal’s login page.
Orders paid via PayPal are subject to additional verification checks and may be rejected, delayed or require alternative payment methods.
In some cases, additional identification documents may be requested.
9.3.3 Payment via e-Deposit (IRIS Online Banking)
You may choose to pay through the IRIS Online Banking platform by selecting your preferred bank. You will be redirected to your bank’s secure environment to complete the payment via credit transfer.
Supported banks: Viva Payments, Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, Eurobank, Piraeus Bank
9.3.4 Payment via Google Pay
You may connect any debit or credit card to your Google Pay account and pay seamlessly using your Android device, laptop, tablet, or desktop computer.
9.3.5 Payment via Apple Pay
You may connect any debit or credit card to your Apple Pay account and make payments using your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or other Apple devices.
9.3.6 Payment via Klarna (Installments)
By selecting Klarna as your payment method, you can split your payment into three (3) interest-free installments.
The first installment is charged at the time of processing your order.
The remaining two installments are automatically charged every 30 days to your selected bank account, credit card, or debit card.
This option applies to purchases from €35 up to €1,000.
Important: Invoices cannot be issued for orders paid via Klarna.
9.4 Purchase Security
The Company recognizes the importance of protecting personal data and ensuring the security of electronic transactions.
We have implemented advanced security measures and modern encryption technologies to ensure maximum transaction safety and confidentiality.
All information related to Users’/Customers’ personal data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and remains strictly confidential.
Customer Identification

Users with Visa or MasterCard can register their cards under the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode programs.
Once registered, a unique security password is required for each transaction.
If your bank does not support these programs, card payments will still be processed without requiring an additional password.

From the moment you add products to your cart until checkout, all data exchanged with levi.gr is encrypted using SSL 256-bit encryption.
The encryption process ensures that any data transmitted between your browser and the Company’s systems remains fully secure.
The Company’s servers decode this information using the same encryption key and process your order safely.

All orders are subject to additional credit verification checks by the Company.
levi.gr reserves the right, at its discretion, to request additional identification documents, require an alternative payment method, or reject the order entirely without providing justification.

Upon checkout, you may choose between receiving a retail receipt or a purchase invoice.
Purchase invoices are issued to businesses and freelancers, provided that the following details are entered during checkout: Company name, Business activity, VAT number, Tax authority (Δ.Ο.Υ.), Contact telephone number(s).
All prices displayed on levi.gr include applicable taxes.
For businesses operating under special tax regimes in Greece, if your company is subject to a special VAT or tax status, you must contact our Customer Service Department before placing your first order.
You will be required to provide a certificate of tax declaration submission and any additional documents deemed necessary by the Company.
10. WARRANTIES AND PRODUCT PRICE LISTING
10.1 Price Guarantee
The prices displayed are the final retail prices, meaning that VAT is included. levi.gr reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice to customers.
However, in all cases, the User/Customer must pay the price that was listed on the Website at the time the order was placed.
Please ensure that you check product prices before submitting the relevant order form.
10.2 Reference Price
The Reference Price, where indicated, corresponds to the lowest price of the product within the last thirty (30) days.
10.3 Product Warranty
At levi.gr, we exclusively offer branded, luxury, and premium-quality products for sale. These products are purchased by the Seller directly from fashion houses, manufacturers, and authorized distributors, carefully selected for their strict quality control standards.
The Seller does not sell second-hand, defective, or inferior-quality products compared to the equivalent products available on the market.
The main characteristics of each product are displayed on its respective product page on levi.gr.
Please note that product images and colors shown on the Website may slightly differ from the actual product due to differences in browser settings or screen displays.
Some products come with a single-use security seal. Do not remove the security seal from purchased products if you intend to return them.
All products sold by the Seller are covered by a legal warranty of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery to the buyer, covering non-conformity of the product with the terms of the purchase contract.
In case of any lack of conformity, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND HOW TO EXERCISE IT
11.1 If you qualify as a Consumer (defined as “a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession”), you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you, or a third party designated by you, received the product.
You are not required to provide any explanation or justification for exercising this right.
You will not incur any costs other than those expressly provided by law (e.g., direct return shipping costs).
11.2 If you have ordered multiple products in a single order, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the date you receive the last product in that order.
In the case of recurring deliveries, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the final delivery.
11.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the above 14-day period by providing a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of these General Terms & Conditions, although this is not mandatory.

11.4 Upon exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in the conditions specified in Section 11.6 below or provide clear and indisputable proof that you have safely dispatched it within the 14-day deadline.
11.5 If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we will refund all payments received from you related to the returned product, excluding any shipping or delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we were notified of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you provide proof of dispatch,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be processed either directly to your bank account (as indicated by you), or to your credit card if the initial payment was made via card.
You are responsible for returning the goods at your own risk and your own expense. Without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of withdrawal.
The deadline is deemed to have been met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Returns must follow the process described in Section 12.2, with applicable shipping charges as outlined in Sections 12.4, 12.5, and 12.6, which apply mutatis mutandis to returns under this section.
11.6 Returned products must be in their original, excellent (“as new”) condition as delivered, and must not have been used, worn, or washed.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, which must be intact, undamaged, and complete, including Manufacturer’s tags and any accompanying documents.
If a security seal is present, it must remain attached to the product.
The return package must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit, including to the product packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).
levi.gr reserves the right to reject returns where products show dirt, damage, creases, scratches, or any signs of excessive use beyond what is necessary to verify their suitability.
Special Note for Shoes: Footwear must be tried on only on soft surfaces to avoid damage to the soles.
11.7 The User/Customer must handle products only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality, as they would in a physical retail store
11.8 We are not responsible and will not issue refunds if damage has been caused to the goods by the consumer, or the goods were used beyond what was necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
11.9 The right to withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, as per Article 3(ιβ) of Law 2251/1994 and other relevant legal provisions:
a) Products that have been used.
b) Products that were custom-made or personalized according to your specifications.
c) Products that are unsuitable for return once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons.
d) Products that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items.
12. PRODUCT RETURNS
12.1 Returns Due to levi.gr Error
You have the right to return products purchased from our online store if, due to levi.gr’s fault, you received incorrect products (e.g., due to order entry, billing, or shipping errors), or defective or damaged products (e.g., during transportation).
In such cases, you may refuse to accept delivery or request a replacement with the correct product.
12.2 Return Procedure
To return a product, you must complete the Product Return Form included in the product’s packaging.
The completed form must accompany the returned product.
If you do not have the form, you may contact our Customer Service Department at 211 1088123 or via email at info@levi.gr to register your return request and arrange for a replacement.
Return the product to our partner courier company, Geniki Taxydromiki (210 4851100), to complete the process without any shipping charges for the User/Customer.
If you choose to return the product via a different courier, you will bear the return shipping costs.
Products must be returned in the condition described in Sections 11.6 and 11.7.
12.3 Return Deadline
The maximum time limit for returns under Section 12.1 is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the product.
12.4 Exchanges for Size or Product
You also have the right to request an exchange for a different size, or a different product of your choice.
If the new item is of higher value, you must pay the difference either upon delivery (Cash on Delivery), or via bank transfer.
If the new item is of lower value, the difference may remain as store credit for future purchases.
Returns for exchanges must follow the procedure in Section 12.2, and products must meet the conditions described in Sections 11.6 and 11.7.
12.5 Shipping Costs for Exchanges within Greece
The first return and replacement of a product under Section 12.4 within Greece is free of charge if the return is made through our partner courier, Geniki Taxydromiki.
For any subsequent returns and replacements, the User/Customer is charged €4 per return, and €4 per re-shipment.
If the User/Customer chooses a different courier, they will bear all shipping costs.
12.6 Shipping Costs for Exchanges Outside Greece
For returns and re-shipments under Section 12.4 outside Greece, the User/Customer will be charged €22 per return, and €22 per re-shipment.
12.7 Exchange Deadline
Subject to Section 12.8, the maximum period for exchanges under Section 12.4 is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the product.
12.8 In-Store Exchanges for Online Purchases
Products purchased online under Section 12.4 may also be exchanged in physical stores within Greece within 14 days of receiving the returned product, excluding Saturdays, provided that you present the purchase receipt, or present the gift exchange card in the case of gifts.
Important: Refunds and credit notes cannot be issued in physical stores for products purchased online.

14. PROMOTIONAL COUPONS AND GIFT VOUCHERS
14.1 Use of Coupons and Gift Vouchers
All promotional campaigns displayed on this online store are valid until stock is depleted and only for the duration of the promotional period specified.
Promotional coupons are personalized codes that grant a discount on purchases from levi.gr.
Gift vouchers are also issued with personalized codes and allow discounts on purchases from levi.gr.
Coupons and gift vouchers cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash.
Usage Rules
Each order may include the use of one coupon or one gift voucher only.
Each coupon/gift voucher has an expiration date, may be used once, and must be redeemed in full, as no partial refunds are issued.
Coupons, gift vouchers, VIP discounts, and Fais Group personnel discounts do not apply to products offered during sales periods, to products sold for charitable purposes, or to products already marked as discounted.
How to Redeem a Coupon or Gift Voucher

The value of a promotional coupon includes VAT and is valid exclusively for purchases on levi.gr until the expiration date stated on the coupon.
If a coupon applies to a specific product, it is valid only for that product, until stock is depleted and up to the coupon’s expiration date.
levi.gr reserves the right to change, at any time during the validity period of a coupon, the products included in the promotion and/or the discount percentage.
Bear no liability for any changes made to discounted products or offers.
Orders and Returns Involving Coupons
The Company will fulfill orders subject to product availability and while stock lasts, in accordance with the general sales terms of the online store.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a purchase made using a promotional coupon, you must follow the withdrawal procedure described in Section 11.
Any price difference between the coupon value and the purchased product will be refunded in accordance with the refund timeline set out in Section 11.5.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

19.2 Validity of Clauses
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain fully enforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Visitor/User/Customer.
Any failure or delay by the Company to exercise a right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
19.3 Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, you may choose to resolve them extrajudicially through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission, in accordance with Greek legislation (Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015) implementing EU Directive 2013/11/EU.
The ODR platform enables electronic resolution of consumer disputes across the EU via Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
If no resolution is reached via ODR, the exclusive competent courts shall be the Courts of Piraeus, Greece.
