Return Policy
You have the right to return the products purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with your Right of Withdrawal for distance contracts under Law 2251/1994 (as amended by Joint Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013).
To initiate a return, you must complete the product return form included in your package. The completed form, containing all the required details, must accompany the returned item. You must notify the courier company that delivered your order, and you can request the exchange without incurring any shipping charges.
You may also contact our Customer Service Department if you wish to place an exchange order to ensure the availability of the desired item, or in case you do not have the return form.
If you wish to exchange an item for a second time, a fee of €4 will be charged for the return and an additional €4 for the new shipment.
4If the replacement item has a higher value than the one returned, you must pay the price difference via cash on delivery or by bank transfer. If the replacement item has a lower value, the difference will remain as credit in your account and may be used for future purchases.
Exchanges can also be made at physical stores within Greece within 14 days, excluding Saturdays, provided you present the purchase receipt or the gift exchange card (in case of a gift).
However, refunds or credit notes cannot be issued at physical stores for purchases made online. You can find the list of physical store locations here.
For Cyprus, the shipping fee for each exchange is €22, and exchanges cannot be made at physical stores located outside Greece.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Returned items must be unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original, undamaged packaging. If the item contains internal labels or imprints, they must not be damaged, altered, or removed. Returns involving damaged packaging (e.g., shoe boxes, tags, dust bags, etc.) or damaged products will not be accepted.
All items undergo quality control inspection prior to shipment to ensure they are in perfect condition. In the rare case of a defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately by phone.
If you wish to request a refund, it will be processed within 14 days from the date of your request. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
· If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed using the same card and installment plan selected during payment.
· If you paid by cash on delivery or bank deposit, you must provide your IBAN and account holder’s name on the product return form.
Refunds are subject to a €4 fee for Greece and €22 for Cyprus.
Alternatively, you may choose to keep the refunded amount as store credit, which can be used for a future purchase.
