Information on the legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960.

1. What the legal guarantee covers

All products purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two (2) years from the date of delivery.

The legal guarantee applies automatically, at no additional cost, and does not need to be activated.

2. What you are entitled to

In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to:

• free repair of the product, or
• free replacement of the product.

If repair or replacement is not possible, or cannot be carried out within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to you, you may be entitled, depending on the circumstances, to:

• a price reduction, or
• a full or partial refund.

The legal guarantee period starts from the date on which you receive the product.

3. What to do if there is a problem with the product

If you discover that a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed characteristics, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review your request.

To help us process your request more quickly, please have your purchase or order details available.

4. Commercial guarantees

Certain products may also be covered by an additional commercial guarantee provided by the manufacturer or another guarantor.

Any commercial guarantee applies in addition to and independently of the legal guarantee and does not restrict or reduce your rights under the legal guarantee.

The specific terms and duration of any commercial guarantee are set out in the relevant terms provided by the manufacturer or guarantor.

5. Legal guarantee and right of withdrawal

The legal guarantee applies to products that are defective or do not conform to the characteristics under which they were sold.

It is different from the 14-day right of withdrawal, which concerns the right to return a product purchased at a distance without the product having to be defective, subject to the applicable conditions.
